Fortnite Season X has brought numerous map changes to the game so here’s an updated look at where all the chests now spawn in every location.
Your initial drop in Fortnite is crucial in determining whether you’ll have a strong game or not.
If you aren’t able to come across good loot you’re gonna have a rough time so knowing where the chest spawns are will be extremely important.
As has been the case since Fortnite launched, some locations are more plentiful than others when it comes to chests.
Reddit user FunMakerTuber went through and counted all the chests in the game so you didn’t have to. With this information, you’ll be able to have much better drops and won’t have to worry about coming away lootless ever again.
- Happy Hamlet: 35
- Loot Lake: 34
- Lazy Lagoon: 28
- Tilted Town: 26
- Frosty Flights: 25
- Paradise Palms: 24
- Pleasant Park: 21
- Retail Row: 20
- Fatal Fields: 18
- Pressure Plant: 16
- Sunny Steps: 16
- Salty Springs: 15
- Junk Junction: 13
- Lucky Landing: 13
- Haunted Hills: 12
- Lonely Lodge: 12
- Snobby Shores: 11
- Shifty Shafts: 11
- The Block: 11
- Polar Peak: 9
- Dusty Depot: 6
Of course, this list is subject to change since locations have been shifting around a lot with the new updates in Season 10.
It’s worth mentioning that while fans were clamoring for the return of Dusty Depot, it provides the lowest amount of chest spawns, pretty much living up to the “dusty” in its name.
Happy Hamlet features the most chest spawns at a whopping 35 but not far behind is Loot Lake with 34, meaning it really does have a loot hidden there.
With all that said, it should be no surprise to see many players landing at Happy Hamlet each game given the fact there is a lot of loot to be found there each round.
