The previously leaked countdown timer for the Fortnite season 10 live event has appeared in-game.

Yesterday, a Twitter user leaked the location of where the main countdown timer for the Fortnite season 10 live event will appear. The countdown timer has now appeared in that exact location, above the rocket at Dusty Depot.

The countdown timer can also be seen on the TVs around the map which was leaked by a couple of dataminers from the v10.40 update. Here’s what the countdown timer looks like on the TVs:

The live event will take place at 7 PM BST / 2 PM ET on Sunday, October 13th which is also the same time season 10 will be ending, according to the v10.40.1 patch notes.

Epic have encrypted almost all of the files for the event, similar to what they did last seasons event, so there’s no information regarding what will happen during the event. However, dataminers leaked information regarding the event within an hour before the event started due to the files being decrypted.

What would you want to see happen during the event? Would you want to see the current map destroyed to make way for a new map in season 11? Let us know in the comments section below.
